I'm realizing that I have a serious love-hate relationship with social media. Especially Instagram. In the hours where I should be celebrating the release of the Open Up video that Paragon's blogger and my VYBE teammate Nami just completed, I am drained by the things that keep popping up on my feed.

As much as I try and adjust so that the algorithm gets it...certain posts and people keep showing up. 😫 Maybe a complete reset is needed. IDK. What I do know is I am not going to feel like I do now every time I log on to the gram. I am just going to have to unfollow. Simple and easy fix.

We should never allow others to take away from our daily walk on this journey. Keep our energy safe. We already know the facts of this grid. 95% are seeking attention and clout. They will use, abuse and destroy all sides of you, IF you allow them. Protect yourself. Your happiness. Your peace. Let the narcissists play with each other. So many lost souls on here love gaslighting each other and making others villains in their sick and twisted warped realities.
