Decided to stop by Goldies, the new beach bar at The Gold Coast for a donut and some yummy pomegranate lemonade green tea. I love the way Baby makes it steamed just right. The couple on the beach stopped me and complimented me on my beautiful Athena dress from Vivacious, Inc.

They have the most beautiful colors available. 💜 The thing I love the most about this dress is the cutouts on the waist, but the back. Oh em GEE!!!! I finally get to show off my back tat. I rarely show it off. Most people just see the tat around my neck, but they don't know that it comes down my back into a beautiful butterfly. 🦋 Yes, Vivacious, Inc. definitely nailed it with this dress. Don't judge when you see me around wearing it again, as I will wear all 10 colors.

Visiting Goldies this morning also allowed me to watch the dolphins playing. I love how they come so close to the beach. You know dolphins are truly special, they make me smile every time I see them. It's like they have some magical kinetic energy that just knows that us humans need every once in awhile. And this morning, I definitely needed to see them. I love it here at The Gold Coast. The views, the people, the units everything is so "lush" like my bestie likes to say. I am looking forward to opening the next phase of the project for TGC I. Phase II begins development in another week or so. I still can't believe I'm diving into this real estate life full steam ahead, giggle. Yes! Golden Real Estate 💛. That reminds me, I need to take pictures of the new getaway rental that I have available. Moacha, you have to remember to do that today.

If you build it, they will come. I just have to keep reminding myself of this. I built this golden place for those who need assistance and help navigating this new world. This world can be very intimidating...yet extremely intoxicating (in a good way that is). You know sometimes we have to move out of our own way so that everything good about us can shine and be center stage. Often times we-ourselves are our downfall. We speak failures before they can even become successes. We allow other people's opinions to move in front of our own.
