Purge-ish

In shadows deep, the night unfolds,

A chilling tale of stories old.

When darkness reigns and fear takes flight,

The Purge descends, in silent night.

No refuge found, no mercy shown,

In this dark hour, we're all alone.

A test of hearts, a twisted urge,

In the midst of chaos, souls converge.

But dawn will break, the light will rise,

And fear will fade from tear-streaked eyes.

For in the aftermath, we learn,

The Purge's end, a hopeful turn.

Spooky season is here and in full effect! Although I normally keep it simple for Halloween and don't normally do scary or gory stuff; The Purge theme won this year after teaming up with my dance crew, VYBE for a fun and super creative video by the uber creative Nami Noki.

And to top it off, this is literally purge season. The best time to get rid of stuff, situations, bad habits, toxic people. Purge all that shit! Ofc, I'm too sweet and golden (no pun intended...well maybe a little) to actually harm anything that lives. But, I can sure get rid of their ass from my life. So PURGE it is!
